Privacy & connected assistants

What we receive

  • Your account email and display name.
  • The projects, scripts, references and media you create or upload.
  • When you connect an outside assistant: only the specific question it sends (for example a project or shot it asks about). We never ask for or store your chat history.

What an assistant can see

  • Only your own projects, and only the permissions you ticked when you approved it.
  • Read-only by default. Paid work can only be requested, never started, and every request waits for your approval in the Studio.
  • Passwords, keys, internal prompts and other people's data are never sent.

Billing

  • All prices, credits and charges are handled by AELAMA AI Company. Assistants cannot set prices or skip charges.

Media

  • Your media is stored privately. Links are short-lived and only work for you.

Records we keep

  • A short record of each assistant request (which tool, when, allowed or refused) for security. It does not contain your conversation.
  • Usage and billing records needed by AELAMA AI Company.

Disconnecting and deleting

  • Disconnect any assistant on the Assistants page; it loses access immediately.
  • To delete your account and data, contact AELAMA at www.aelama.com.
